Store Pickup

We’re excited to provide a free store pickup. You will typically be notified via within 1 - 7 business days that your order is ready for collection with pick-up instructions, subject to availability.

Shipping

Enjoy FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for all online purchases over $75.

We offer a flat rate of $10 within Australia. For all wholesale orders, please send us an email as pricing may vary depending on the size of the order.

We deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO Boxes. 

Orders can take between 1 - 3 business days to be dispatched.

Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or during Victorian public holidays.

You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

Heaven Bird refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have been passed since you received your order, we, unfortunately, would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We encourage you to contact us before sending your purchase back.

Kindly choose the design and color carefully, we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. 

If sizing is not the desired fit, exchanges will be made only when tags are still attached and the item is not worn or washed. 

The shipping charge is non-refundable. Return shipping fee to be paid by buyer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Due to the genuine nature of the clearance sale, products marked as “Clearance Sale”, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizing unless deemed faulty.


For a refund, please send us an email at heavenbirdau@gmail.com with the reason why you would like to return, and our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours! Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

In the case where we have received your order and it is not eligible for a refund, you will be responsible for the costs of returning this product to your desired destination. Until the costs have been covered, we will hold onto your order in our warehouse until the payment is completed.
